The BF 512 is a compact, fully automated book production line, including gluing and lining stations, capable of producing flat and rounded book blocks and books with rounded spines. The machine offers high-performance, hardcover finishing for perfect bound, thread sealed, folded or sewn book blocks in all standard formats. Every production stage is closely monitored and controlled, guaranteeing a precise and reliable process. The BF 512 stands for book finishing of the highest standard.
The BF 512 fully automatic book production line operates under the control of KOLBUS's Copilot® control system. Format parameters can be stored and recalled from the Copilot to adjust approximately 20 axes with automated speed and precision.
