The KM 600 perfect binder supports all current perfect binding styles. This covers perfect bound brochures, magazines, journals; sewn and thread-sealed book blocks and brochures; perfect bound, sewn book blocks with linings; layflat products, gatefold brochures.
The unique KOLBUS Copilot® system enables a highly automated production line – higher speed and efficiency make your business more competitive. Automatic presettings result in the shortest possible make ready times when changing the block thickness, the milling and glue application attachments, cover feeders and the rub-down station. PUR gluing through nozzles is integrated in the KM 600, parameters can be set easily, stored and called up repeatedly via the machine control system.
