At KOLBUS we strive for a high level of autonomy. Vocational training
is no exception. Our rural location means that it is practically impossible
to recruit new employees from other companies. This is why, for many decades and undeterred by economic ups and downs, we have invested heavily and continuously in training to create a pool of skilled employees.
