The core of our service, the ›technical service department‹ is responsible for service on site. This encompasses installation and commissioning, acceptance of new machine lines at customer sites and instruction of customer personnel. Repairs, conversions, production assistance and malfunction correction are among the most important tasks. A team of five plan and control service tasks from the central service department.
